Customer benefit

| 34 per cent of house burglaries involve the theft of jewellery. The great benefit of HallmarkPlus™ security marking is that if the coded item is lost or stolen and then recovered it can be instantly traced by the Police back to the registered owner via their reported Crime Reference Number. | ||
Insurer benefit

| The HallmarkPlus™ code number is computer generated and unique, which from an insurer's perspective helps to reduce the opportunity of multiple claims and fraud. Also, the Loss Recovery status page on e-register™ provides an audit trail and allows you the insurer to log that you are handling a claim. | ||

Marking services

| HallmarkPlus™ codes can be laser marked at the Assay Offices during the hallmarking process or retrospectively on finished items of jewellery. Alternatively, the codes can be engraved. | ||
